Cart Reservation Deposits

Your $1,000 reservation deposit is fully refundable for 7 days from the date you reserve — no questions asked. After 7 days, deposits go toward your balance and become non-refundable, since we hold that specific cart for you.

Parts & Accessories

Unused, uninstalled parts and accessories in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Electrical components, custom or special-order items, and anything installed are final sale. Contact us before returning anything so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

Refund Timing

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
